  • Omnichannel retail presence – currently spanning 21,000 villages across Uttar Pradesh and Haryana.
  • Tech + Data Science backbone – predicting and catering to local demands outside the scope of mainstream e-commerce.

This silent tech revolution is not only empowering rural consumers but also incubating a new generation of tech-enabled entrepreneurs.

Growth & Expansion

Rozana began in Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh, and now covers 16 districts across UP and Haryana, reaching over 13,000 villages. The company plans to expand to 35,000 villages, entering states like Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, and Punjab.

Key milestones:

  • Raised $30 million (₹275 crore) in a funding round led by Bertelsmann India Investments and Fireside Ventures, with participation from Bikaji’s promoters and Spark Growth Ventures.
  • Valuation doubled to nearly $200 million in 2025, up from $80–85 million in 2024.
  • Revenue of ₹272 crore in FY25, with a target of ₹600 crore in FY26.

  • Bridging the rural-urban commerce gap.
  • Empowering micro-entrepreneurs to become local commerce leaders.
  • Delivering convenience to households that have historically been underserved.
