The Founder – Kanikka Dewani

Kanikka Dewani is an entrepreneur and brand consultant with over 19 years of experience in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle industries. Her career spans global and Indian giants like L’Oréal Paris, Benefit Cosmetics (LVMH Group), Reliance Brands Ltd, and Pantaloons.

In 2016, she began her entrepreneurial journey, launching Mintree in 2018 and later Vedic Valley in 2021. While Mintree focuses on certified organic, vegan, premium skincare, Vedic Valley represents her vision of modern Ayurveda—accessible, affordable, and rooted in tradition.

Kanikka is also a passionate member of EO (Entrepreneurs’ Organization) and has been recognized as one of India’s most influential women entrepreneurs.
