Currently, Eazzy offers AC and appliance repair, maintenance, and installation through a network of trained technicians in Gurugram. The company is positioning itself as a home services and appliance lifecycle management platform, connecting households with reliable professionals for installation, maintenance, repair, resale, and buyback needs.

The funding will be deployed to introduce AI-led capabilities aimed at improving service efficiency and customer experience. By leveraging artificial intelligence, Eazzy plans to optimize technician allocation, predict service needs, and deliver faster, more reliable solutions to urban households.

Over the coming months, Eazzy intends to expand its portfolio to include mobile and laptop repair, home maintenance solutions, and electronics buyback and recommerce services. These additions reflect the company’s commitment to building a circular economy model that emphasizes refurbishment and responsible reuse of electronics.

The expansion comes at a time when demand for organized, technology-enabled home service platforms is growing rapidly. Urban consumers increasingly seek faster, integrated, and trustworthy after-sales support for appliances and electronics, creating a strong market opportunity for startups like Eazzy.

Co-founders Saurabh Luthra, a former Reliance and Flipkart executive, and Aksh Chauhan, former COO at Cashify, bring deep industry expertise to the venture. Their combined experience in consumer services and recommerce uniquely positions Eazzy to scale in India’s evolving home services market.

Industry observers note that Eazzy’s focus on AI-driven efficiency and circular economy initiatives could set it apart from traditional service providers. By combining technology with sustainability, the startup is aligning itself with both consumer expectations and broader environmental goals.

Looking ahead, Eazzy aims to become a trusted household brand for appliance and electronics lifecycle management. With strong investor backing, a clear roadmap, and a growing urban demand base, the company is poised to redefine how Indian households experience home services.
