Instafix, co-founded in 2025 by Aniket Kale and Chetan Chauhan, is a 30-minute doorstep smartphone repair startup that is transforming how Indians experience device repair. The brand was born out of frustration with the traditional repair process — a black box where customers hand over their phones, wait for days, and pay heavily without clarity on what actually happened.

Instafix believes that phones are more than gadgets — they carry our work, payments, conversations, and memories. When something breaks, life shouldn’t come to a halt. Their mission is to make quality repair the default choice for every Indian household, starting with smartphones and expanding across consumer electronics.

The Founders

  • Aniket Kale – Entrepreneur with a vision to simplify and democratize smartphone repair.
  • Chetan Chauhan – Co-founder focused on building operational excellence and customer trust.

Together, they set out to solve a problem they personally faced, creating a service that is transparent, fast, and reliable.

Funding & Growth

Instafix recently raised ₹7.55 crore in a pre-seed round, co-led by Titan Capital and 8i Ventures, with participation from Anish Srivastava and Bharat Kalia.

The funds will be used to:

  • Scale operations in Gurugram.
  • Expand coverage beyond iPhones to premium Android models.
  • Build the technology stack behind sub-30-minute on-site repairs.

Since its launch in October 2025, Instafix has grown 100% month-on-month, reflecting strong demand for its innovative model.

The Service Model

  • Doorstep Repairs: Certified technicians arrive at the customer’s location.
  • 30-Minute Guarantee: Repairs are completed in front of the customer within half an hour.
  • Warranty: Every repair is backed by up to 12 months of warranty.
  • Affordable Pricing: Up to 50% cheaper than OEM service centres.
  • Transparency: Customers see the repair process unfold, eliminating the “black box” experience.

This model delivers a 10x better repair experience, combining speed, trust, and affordability.

Market Opportunity

India’s consumer electronics market is valued at nearly $73 billion, growing at 20% year-on-year. Instafix is positioning itself as a trusted on-demand repair platform that can expand beyond smartphones into broader consumer electronics.

Closing Thought

Instafix is more than a repair service — it’s a revolution in consumer trust. By combining speed, transparency, and affordability, founders Aniket Kale and Chetan Chauhan are redefining how Indians repair their devices. With strong investor backing and rapid growth, Instafix is on track to become the go-to platform for on-demand electronics repair.
