Starting with a small team of four, CarryMen now operates with eight members from Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, and has already attracted 350+ job applications from across India. The rapid growth reflects the demand for structured, reliable shopping assistance in crowded Indian markets.

CarryMen’s mission is simple: to make shopping more comfortable for everyone — from mothers and fathers to grandparents, pregnant women, the injured, and the differently abled. By providing trained assistants, the company ensures that shoppers can move freely, carry bags without strain, and enjoy a stress-free experience.

Unlike generic platforms, CarryMen operates directly from designated booths inside markets, ensuring visibility, trust, and accountability. Each assistant works under a Booth Captain supervisor, with regular briefings and structured operations to maintain service quality.

Safety and trust are central to CarryMen’s model. All staff are uniformed, carry visible ID cards, and are supported by helpline services, giving customers confidence in the reliability of the service. This structured approach is designed specifically for Indian shopping habits and crowd patterns, making it highly relevant to local needs.

CarryMenThe service is affordable, starting at just ₹79 per hour, and covers tasks like carrying bags, standing in queues, guiding customers to the metro, holding umbrellas in extreme heat, and even charging phones. CarryMen is positioning itself as a personal assistant for market shoppers, blending convenience with care.

The founders emphasize that CarryMen is not just about easing shopping but also about creating respectful employment opportunities. By training and supervising staff, the company is building a workforce that is professional, accountable, and customer-focused.

Looking ahead, CarryMen aims to become a trusted and recognized shopping assistance brand across India’s major markets, expanding its reach while staying true to its mission of making shopping easier, safer, and more enjoyable for everyone.
